About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, TVAD at Tinuiti, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of TV advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our TV advertising strategies align with our clients' business objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of the TV advertising landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive TV advertising strategies that align with client goals and drive business growth.
2.Campaign Management:Oversee the execution and optimization of TV advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.
3.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of TV advertising specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4.Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
5.Performance Analysis:Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
6.Innovation:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in TV advertising. Implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
7.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, including Creative, Analytics, and Paid Media, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign strategies.
Required Experience:
*Proven experience in managing TV advertising campaigns, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
*Strong understanding of the TV advertising landscape, including traditional and digital TV platforms.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Ability to develop and execute strategic advertising plans.
*Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis and reporting.
*Excellent communication and client management skills.
*Ability to stay current with industry trends and implement innovative strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working with clients in the fashion retail or retail industry.
*Familiarity with programmatic TV advertising and advanced targeting techniques.
*Experience with cross-channel campaign integration, including digital and streaming platforms.
The hiring salary range for this role is $110,000 - $12,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
