The Account Executive will be responsible for the sales of Cedara’s Carbon Intelligence Platform to key advertisers and agency accounts. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with advertising agencies and SaaS solutions, as well as a keen understanding of digital advertising and related technologies. S/he will have proven experience selling either digital ad platform or enterprise software solutions to advertisers and advertising agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key advertiser and agency accounts
- Developing, prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of advertiser and agency accounts
- Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Representing Cedara in the marketplace and becoming an active brand advocate
- Working closely with Client Services to ensure client platform expectations are communicated internally
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years of experience selling a SaaS solution
- Proven ability and track record in developing and closing deals
- Strong advertising and self-service platform knowledge/experience
- Previous tech platform experience
- Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies, including independent agencies
- Passionate about sustainability and tackling climate change
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills
- High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- BA/BS required
- While this position is Remote, the applicant must reside in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
