We have a new sales role within our programmatic team in London. Reporting to the Programmatic Sales Lead, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious programmatic revenue targets from agency and independent trading desks in London and Europe. This position is ideal for an up-and-coming programmatic sales professional who wants to represent a global brand and expand our agency and client base.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with programmatic buyers in the UK and Europe through regular meetings, calls, inventory reports, and recommendations. Collaborate on strategic initiatives with selected partners.
- Increase awareness of our ad inventory and establish the company as a reputable player in the marketplace.
- Identify and execute new trading opportunities, including PMPs and guaranteed deals, across our entire inventory portfolio, including desktop, mobile web, app, YouTube, and audience extension.
- Collaborate with the Programmatic Sales Lead and Programmatic Operations Manager to create customized ad packages and support revenue growth.
- Sell international inventory to London-based international teams and European media agencies/trading desks.
- Work with the Programmatic Sales Lead to develop a strategy targeting large agency groups and smaller independents in Europe and the UK.
Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital programmatic sales, preferably with strong connections to trading desks, agencies, and direct clients.
- Good understanding of the UK/EU programmatic marketplace and the value the company can offer buyers.
- Ability to communicate business and product needs effectively and propose ideas to drive revenue.
- Strong numerical, oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with trading desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers, or other programmatic platforms.
- Creative, open-minded, and adaptable.
- Confident, assertive, and diplomatic under pressure.
- Thrives in a small team environment with enthusiasm and adaptability.
