Responsibilities:

Design game-changing ABM strategies for leading technology brands.
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear communications and actionable plans.
Develop full ABM plans with support from internal teams.
Combine creativity, insights, and data to create effective strategies along complex buying journeys.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop groundbreaking propositions and messaging.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement changes.
Manage day-to-day execution and monitoring of ABM and Lead Generation campaigns.
Hire, train, and mentor Planning Executives as needed.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Monitor campaigns for flighting, budget pacing, and results.
Maintain effective communication within the team.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Deliver client-facing ABM deliverables and meet program deadlines.
Participate in client meetings and provide timely follow-up.
Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills.
Maintain integrity, trust, and self-development.
Adhere to agency procedures and timelines.
Work effectively in a matrix environment, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on the latest developments in performance marketing.
Develop deep knowledge of ABM and lead generation techniques.
Experience with ABM and CRM platforms is desired.

Requirements:

2-6 years of B2B campaign management experience.
Experience in Technology, Mobility, Sciences, or Financial Service industries is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ABM and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with ABM and CRM platforms.
Expertise in ABM campaign implementation, management, analysis, and optimization.
Familiarity with new product offerings and the vendor landscape.
Ability to communicate campaign success to clients.
Proficiency in analytics tools, Excel functions, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of agency workflows and job processes.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
