adlicious is looking for an experienced Director Sales based out of London. This position focuses on establishing adlicious in the UK by winning new clients for our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales with a solid network to leverage as well as a proven track-record of winning large accounts, both with agencies as well as direct brands.
- Get our unique products and offerings in front of the most important brands and agencies in the UK, both by leveraging your network as well as cold outreach
- Independently conduct research to identify leads.
- Work closely with the management team in Germany (English-speaking) to fine-tune our products to the UK market
- Analyze competitors to ensure our agency maintains a competitive edge.
- Maintain and update CRM data to support the sales team's efficiency.
- Proven track-record in media sales in the UK
- Ability to conduct thorough and structured research
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset to achieve and exceed goals
- Being able to work independently
