This is a remote opportunity, open to anyone within the US.

Job Description: The SEO Sr. Associate will work closely with the SEO Manager to support and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites. Essential skills include excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to succeed in a collaborative environment while also working independently on projects. SEO Senior Associates should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, as they will be working on multiple clients with multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and report on organic website performance, including the business impact of implementing on-page and off-page SEO recommendations
  • Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor analysis, content optimization, and technical audits 
  • Present client deliverables by analyzing and communicating SEO findings in a clear and concise manner 
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and the competitive search landscape and communicate findings to the team/clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of SEO experience; agency and/or enterprise preferred
  • Experience in SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or other comparable tools
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Self-motivated and self-directed yet thrives in a team environment
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,000-$80,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
