We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a love for sports and hobbies.
Maybe you are interested in a side hustle? (up to 20 hours a week) This is a short term contract role.
We are launching a new website and need vibrant, playful, branded content to share across social media, with full tracking and transparency on performance. You will need to dedicate enough time to work with us, to lead and execute the creation of content now, as well as marketing strategies for the pre-launch and launch of a new friendship matchmaking website. The ideal fabulous person will create compelling content, manage campaigns, and optimize our social media presence :- driving UX, engagement and customer registrations are the key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content for Instagram and Facebook and Tik Tok to generate buzz pre-launch and during launch.
- Create and implement engaging Meta Facebook Ads campaigns targeting specific audience segments.
- Select cost effective CRM, implement and set up CRM
- Analyze CRM data and integrate it into social media campaigns for personalized outreach and segmentation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using social media analytics to optimize results.
- Draft and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring maximum exposure.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with the overall brand messaging.
- Engage with the online community to drive organic growth and build an active user base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) and executing paid social campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and strategies to increase engagement.
- Excellent content creation skills (visual and written).
- Experience with press releases and media outreach is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
