Position Summary:
PubX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our digital publishing partners, ensuring they achieve their commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing digital publishing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and expand our market presence.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Consultation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Provide strategic recommendations to help clients maximize their revenue through effective use of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer informed advice.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for clients.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients on their performance, including suggestions for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns promptly.
- Client Training and Support:
- Educate clients on new features, tools, and best practices to ensure they are leveraging our solutions effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any queries or issues they may encounter.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the digital publishing or digital advertising industry.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue models.
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, and analytics platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to account management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
