The role

As a Climate Success Manager for Media, Marketing and Advertising (MMA), you will play a vital role in supporting our corporate clients to combat climate change and promote sustainable practices, In particular, within the media, marketing and advertising industries. Utilising a combination of 51-0’s platform based tools and processes, you will help manage clients through their sustainability journey, from on-boarding and carbon data collection, through to assisted reporting and net zero project management.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical product support and apply industry knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth while contributing to the global fight against environmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Client facing:

Act as the key contact and consultant for corporate clients as they utilise our platform and advisory services. Including technical and project management style support to ensure product and service satisfaction.
On-board new clients and manage the continuous collection, analysis, and input of GHG accounting data to provide insightful carbon footprints via our platform.
Development of net zero targets and strategies, guiding clients through managing their climate initiatives via our platform.
Preparation and presentation of reports that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to client stakeholders.
Contract management throughout the lifecycle, including SoW adjustments, service upsells and renewals.
Be present on industry body working groups, forums and events to help expand industry knowledge and presence.

Internal:

Assist with preparation of case studies, and marketing materials to communicate client achievements. Occasional sales/BD support where required.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry standards related to climate policies, carbon disclosures, and GHG reporting.
Work as a liaison between the customers and the development team to provide thought leadership on roadmap features, customer feedback, and new product releases.
Collaborate with our MMA partners to develop our industry specific offering and product features.

Qualifications & Attributes

Required

Strong passion for environmental sustainability and combating climate change.
Proven experience (1+ years) in a B2B client facing role, ideally within the media, marketing, or advertising sector.
Background (2+ years) in either the AdTech, digital or physical advertising sectors, with understanding of the supply chain complexities that exist.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to engage both senior leadership and wider employee groups.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with ESG reporting, certification standards, and compliance regulations. (full training still provided)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Desirable

BS or BA degree either in an environmental / climate focussed subject, or media, marketing and advertising related.
Prior experience in climate-related projects or research is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience with environmental software and data analysis tools (e.g., LCA tools, carbon calculators).
