1. Use of the Website

We provide a platform for job seekers and employers to connect. You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their job postings. We do not endorse any job posting or employer and are not liable for any disputes between job seekers and employers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our website or services or your violation of these terms.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom.

10. Subscription Packages

Automatic Renewal: Subscription packages renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the employer.

Cancellation Policy: Employers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Employer Dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the current billing period ends.

No Refund Policy: All payments made for subscription packages are final and non-refundable.

Free Trial and Automatic Subscription Renewal: A 3-day free trial is available on all job posting packages. At the end of this period, the package will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the applicable rate unless cancelled through the Employer Dashboard before the trial ends.

Employers are expected to manage their own trial periods and subscriptions through their dashboard. Cancellations are not processed via email, phone, or client support, and charges that result from a trial or subscription not being cancelled in time remain valid.

By starting a free trial, the employer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Cancellation is managed solely through the Employer Dashboard.
  • JobsInAdtech Ltd. does not intervene in cancelling subscriptions on behalf of employers.
  • Any charges incurred after the trial period are valid and non-refundable.
