Now, we are seeking a Senior Agency Sales Manager to join our team as we scale beyond founder-led sales.

This role will be the first commercial hire outside the founding team and as such is a real opportunity for professional growth.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will develop, cultivate, and maintain commercial relationships with ConnectedIQ Media Agency clients.

You will have input onto the development of internal commercial systems, and the resources you require to succeed in your position.

You will contribute to the development of sales strategy on an ongoing basis, ensuring that there is a strong feedback loop between client needs and the ConnectedIQ product team.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial growth across ConnectedIQ customers
Devise and execute sales strategies
Work across the entire sales funnel to deliver growth
Report Commercial activity and strategy to the leadership team

Experience Required

5+ years of demonstrable experience selling in to media agencies, especially as a technology vendor
A thorough understanding of the AdTech ecosystem
Strong consultative sales skills
An understanding of the relationship between sales and product development
Experience as an early employee scaling AdTech companies is a benefit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CTV experience would be desirable
