We are looking for an experienced freelance Growth Specialist (Sales Representative) with a proven track record in digital advertising sales to help grow BidWave’s client base.

Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals with advertisers, app growth teams, and agencies. Previous experience in the digital advertising industry and demonstrated commercial results are mandatory.

This is a fully remote opportunity on an independent contractor basis.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and use prospecting tools to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Reach out to decision-makers and build relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
Schedule discovery meetings, understand client acquisition goals, and present BidWave’s value proposition.
Qualify opportunities and coordinate campaign proposals and pilot discussions with the BidWave team.
Manage follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM.
Close new business and support a smooth handover from sales to campaign onboarding.

Required qualifications and skills

Previous sales or business development experience in digital advertising is mandatory.
Proven commercial success in the industry, supported by concrete examples of clients acquired, deals closed, revenue generated, or sales targets achieved.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance marketing models, including CPI, CPA, and CPC.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver against agreed commercial objectives.

Nice to have

An established network of advertisers, app growth teams, marketing agencies, or SSPs.
Experience in mobile user acquisition or programmatic advertising.
Familiarity with mobile measurement partners, attribution, and conversion tracking.
