Salary: £70K per annum + bonus + private medical + pension

Day-to-day: 70% Strategy & Consulting 30% Team leadership and modeling

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrating econometric projects and coordinating resources for optimal outcomes.
Educating stakeholders to understand the measurement framework and analytical techniques.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of performance drivers beyond marketing.
Instilling an effectiveness mindset within client planning, delivery, and activation teams.
Creating statistically robust, actionable test structures, and identifying analysis technique gaps.
Building compelling business cases for investment in effectiveness solutions.
Directing the Modelling Solutions team, including mentorship of junior members.

Essential Skills:

Broad experience in Marketing Mix Modelling.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and stakeholder relation skills.
Proficiency in analytics, insights and business intelligence reporting.
Proven track record in building business cases.
Upholding high standards for quality assurance.
