We're a modern age sports media business connecting passionate creators with global audiences, delivering high-engagement video content across soccer enthusiasts worldwide.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Video Media Sales based in the US & UK to drive revenue growth by selling advertising opportunities across our YouTube MCN inventory. This includes programmatic guaranteed video deals as well as custom integrations, brand sponsorships, and host live reads. You'll build partnerships with advertising agencies and brands, offering a full suite of premium ad products that guarantee reach, performance, and authentic engagement within high-value soccer content.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and target advertising agencies and brands in the US & EU market, particularly those focused on sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and youth demographics.
Pitch and close a range of ad products, including:
Programmatic guaranteed video inventory (reserved impressions with fixed pricing and advanced targeting)
Custom brand integrations and content collaborations
Channel and series sponsorships
Host-delivered live reads and endorsements
Develop tailored proposals that align client objectives with Hooligan Soccer's creator network and audience insights.
Negotiate deals, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to execution, and ensure seamless delivery with internal teams (content, operations, and analytics).
Build and nurture long-term relationships with agency planners, brand marketers, and decision-makers.
Monitor sales pipeline, track performance against targets, and report on revenue metrics.
Stay current on digital video trends, programmatic ecosystems, creator economy developments, and sponsorship best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in digital media sales, ideally in video advertising, creator networks, MCNs, or influencer/sponsorship sales.
Must have existing relationships with brands & agencies
Proven success selling programmatic guaranteed deals, brand integrations, sponsorships, and/or live reads to agencies and direct brands.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid startup environment.
Strong understanding of sports media and advertising market dynamics.

Location: Remote

Compensation: This is a commission only role to start with with unlimited upside.
