We are looking for a hungry and driven Marketing Manager to help us build on top of the France success we have had over the past years.

You will be tasked with working alongside the CRO to build the marketing strategy in-line with our GTM, including deployment across key markets including UK, Germany and France. You will be a key member of the commercial team, working to help drive awareness with our ICP, alongside our key KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HUBSPOT / CRM
Working with CRO to iterate and develop HubSpot workflows / automation to nurture and drive leads
Working with CRO to iterate data captured in HubSpot
CONTENT
Creation of content in English first + translations into local language
Creation of blogs, WP, case studies, press releases
Working with partners on co-branded content
EVENTS
Working with CEO/CRO to identify lead generation/awareness events in UK, FR, DACH and Nordics
Working with CEO/CRO to build internal events in relevant markets
Working with CEO/CRO to book dinners with partners in relevant markets
STRATEGY
Build marketing plan for each respective market in-line with mediarithmics GTM
Work with CEO / CRO on strategy to increase awareness with retail + retail media players
SEO/SOCIAL
Managing LinkedIn + social networks including posting / relevant audits each week
Working on Website SEO strategy

REQUIREMENTS

You are a marketing superstar — you have a proven track record of achieving goals whilst adapting the marketing strategy to the local context
We expect a minimum of 4 years marketing experience in SaaS/Martech/Adtech — if you have less and think you are suited to the role, please challenge us
You have a high attention to detail — which has enabled you to produce high impact and performing content to drive MQLs
You can work with autonomy and agility with limited supervision, the force is strong with you
You are a team player — you can demonstrate that you work well with a group to achieve a common goal, aligning with our values of Humility and Honesty
You are open to travel
