SunMedia – Client Success Director:

The Role:

- Lead the Client Success Operation in the UK

- A strong understanding of the Brand and Performance Marketplace

- Oversee all Client Success processes in the UK

- Work closely with HQ (Spain) to ensure we are aware of new products, delivering best in market Client Success solutions

- Proactively work with the Sales Team – To generate revenue

- Oversee Advertising Campaigns and make suggestions on how best to reach clients goals

- Collaborate with the Ad Ops and Sales Teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance

- Respond to team and client enquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround times

- Lead troubleshooting for live campaigns

- Monitor, anticipate and solve client related issues

- Attend and participate in relevant Client/Agency meetings

- Agency hot-desking

- Deliver Campaign Reports and QBR’s
