About Us

Come and join Tickle! Having successfully completed a smart capital fundraise from some of the industry’s finest, we are now looking to hire a sales team to add brands to our platform and maximise their results. Tickle has turned online advertising on its head by removing the need for complicated algorithm-driven programmatic buying to simple strategic media buys and passing the savings from the ad ecosystem on to people, brands and publishers.

About You

You will have a passion for bringing people and brands together, using communications across all kinds of channels. You will have some experience in media sales, possibly specialising in one or two areas but will be able to think strategically, not be afraid to try new things and always bring fun and enjoyment to the job.

The core responsibilities

Maintaining Sales collateral, and tailoring it to each new client meeting
Keeping an active sales funnel and reporting back to the business on progress
Meeting and exceeding revenue targets for new business
Successfully managing relationships through contact to conversion, signing of contracts and a friendly handover to the account management and reporting team
Marketing the Tickle solution through press opportunities where possible

The position is remote although you may be required to travel to London for meetings from time to time.

Remuneration

This role is full time, the salary is c. £40,000, and OTE is 50% (£20,000) - you will also be eligible for ongoing benefits as the company grows including share options in the company itself.
