We specialise in campaign planning & activation, AI-powered insights, automation, and analytics - helping advertisers and agencies unlock the power of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem. We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python and React to join our leadership team and play a key role in building scalable, high-performance applications.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust applications that drive data insights and automation in the AdTech space. You will leverage modern technologies in backend (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL) and frontend (React, TypeScript) to build intuitive and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack applications with React and Python.
Build data-driven applications that integrate with Amazon Ads APIs and other advertising platforms.
Participate in Amazon Ads API closed betas (Amazon Ads USA)
Optimize database queries and work with PostgreSQL (pgvector) for real-time trend predictions.
Implement modern UI/UX designs to improve usability and interactivity.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS (Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all systems.
Keep up with emerging trends in AdTech and machine learning to enhance our products.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and React (TypeScript preferred).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments (AWS preferred).
Experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and working with vector databases (pgvector is a plus).
Familiarity with Amazon Ads APIs, programmatic advertising, or AdTech-related experience.
Solid understanding of frontend state management (Redux, React Query, or similar).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
DevOps capabilities with experience in AWS infrastructure management and Terraform.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Machine Learning, AI models, or predictive analytics in AdTech.
Familiarity with big data processing tools (Apache Spark, Kafka, etc.).
Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
