As a TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD) Specialist you will help build, launch, and improve TV, video, audio, and display campaigns (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display) to grow new customers and revenue while keeping efficiency on track. You’ll apply Tinuiti Way best practices, turn performance and media learnings into next actions, and try small, safe innovations before wider rollout. You’ll partner closely with Client Leadership, senior channel colleagues, and additional channel teams (Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media) in your Pod, communicate clearly, and document what works so the team can reuse it. We align scope and expectations to our job architecture for consistency and transparent progression.
Key responsibilities
Client‑Centric
- Share clear, on‑time updates and help prepare weekly/Monthly/QBR inputs; explain what happened and what we’ll do next in simple, business‑friendly language.
- Make approved changes (for example: promo dates, budgets, pacing, basic frequency caps) and ask your manager or lead when trade‑offs or bigger plan changes are needed.
The Tinuiti Way
- Apply solid but developing TVAD craft: build hands‑on skill in audience selection, placement/inventory quality, frequency control, creative rotations and formats. Ask for feedback, apply it, and show clear improvement in your day‑to‑day work.
- Grow awareness of how TVAD connects to Search, Commerce, Social, and Creative.
- Apply the Tinuiti Way playbooks and best practices: follow the standard SOPs, checklists, and templates for TVAD setup, QA, delivery checks, and weekly readouts to meet our quality bars (frequency, viewability/IVT, brand safety).
- Escalate deviations promptly, capture outcomes in the standard readout format, and share feedback through existing channels.
Product‑Led
- Check performance daily/weekly and track what you monitor (reach, frequency, cost‑per‑result, delivery) through reporting platform.
Data & Measurement‑Driven
- Try small, safe improvements (for example: a modest audience tweak or a creative rotation) and watch results before suggesting a wider rollout. Document what you did and what you learned to support process improvement.
- Build accurate recurring reports. When asked, run a basic side‑by‑side test with a clear success rule and a simple readout date.
- Help keep delivery healthy (budgets on track, campaigns delivering as planned) and let your lead or manager know quickly if something looks off.
Owner Mindset
- Keep a clear to‑do list, meet deadlines, and confirm when work is done.
- Reduce avoidable rework and non‑converting spend (for example: rotating tired ads, avoiding audience overlap, fixing simple tracking issues). Close the loop by noting the fix and the outcome.

Professional & Technical Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in TV/video/audio/display execution (or 1–3 in finance/consulting/analytics with strong data skills) with hands‑on builds, launches, pacing, and optimizations.
- Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics and can turn data into clear next steps. SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Basic testing literacy (A/B, simple lift concepts, statistical significance awareness).
- Strong communication and collaboration; confident contributing to client updates with support.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and presentation tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
KPIs
- Growth support: Contribute to qualified reach/new‑household acquisition and revenue/LTV from TVAD.
- Quality: Reduce unmanaged frequency and overlap.
- Innovation: Deliver small, safe innovations (audience/data, inventory quality, format/creative, frequency/quality) and record decisions and learnings.
- Product/AI adoption: Pilot and adopt optimization features and Bliss Point‑guided adjustments with proven incremental impact.
- Efficiency (guardrail): Maintain or improve CPx/CAC/ROAS while growing profitable volume.
We operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team! For this role, we ask that you come into our great office in Reforma, CDMX, two days a week. This is an essential part of how we collaborate and connect, so candidates should be comfortable with this regular in-office commitment.
