As the Director of Analytics, you will be at the helm of our daily analytics operations. Collaborating closely with our Marketing Sciences and Operations teams, you will orchestrate the design and implementation of client emotion and attention studies. Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Lead high-level interactions with clients to understand project objectives, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive impactful outcomes.
- Advanced Research Design: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive emotion analytics methodologies tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Data Analytics Leadership: Direct the analytics team in utilizing a suite of sophisticated internal tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Insightful Reporting and Communication: Drive the creation of robust, client-facing reports, synthesizing findings into compelling narratives and presenting insights with clarity and impact through written and verbal communication channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing Sciences, Operations, and Executive leadership to align analytics initiatives with broader organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree Preferred: B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Marketing, Advertising, Data Science or related fields; advanced degree (M.A., M.S., MBA) highly desirable.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data-driven research roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within market research, advertising, or related industries.
- Expert Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and data manipulation, leveraging tools such as Excel, R, SPSS, and SQL to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Client-Focused Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively conveying technical information and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and clients.
