Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will have high ownership in shaping the future of our platform. You’ll work across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend systems and cloud infrastructure, enabling seamless ad delivery and efficient bidding processes. You’ll also be responsible for integrating with ad exchanges and utilising Prebid technologies to enhance auction dynamics and refine ad-serving strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will be highly visible and directly impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using technologies such as GitHub, Docker, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Pinot, and AWS.

Build and optimize ad-serving infrastructure by integrating with major platforms such as Google Ad Exchange (AdX), Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, and Prebid Server.

Contribute to enhancing the overall platform quality by applying best practices in software engineering and DevOps.

Troubleshoot and optimize ad-serving processes, auction dynamics, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ad delivery and bidding efficiency.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience, including proficiency with Docker, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.

Strong experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

In-depth knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising methods like header bidding and Real-Time Bidding (RTB).

Practical experience integrating with Google Ad Exchange (AdX), Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, and Prebid Server.

Familiarity with software engineering principles and DevOps best practices.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with video and CTV (Connected TV) ad delivery, as well as knowledge of the VAST (Video Ad Serving Template) specification.

Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.

Knowledge of big data technologies for ad analytics and optimisation.
