LiveRamp's Post-Sales and Customer Experience team is looking for a Technical Enablement Partner to help design and build an effective way of learning for both CSG LiveRampers and customers. The team is responsible for creating certification paths to help ramp up users to ensure customers understand the LiveRamp products they purchase, and LiveRampers have the training needed to do their job successfully. You will be a part of a tight-knit team working to make learning easy and easily available to the masses.
You will:
- Learn voraciously to develop a deep understanding of the LiveRamp products
- Create clear, engaging, and accessible training materials by gathering content from SMEs, product documentation, previous trainings, and other relevant resources.
- Organize training content into courses, modules, and sections in a logical flow that is easy for learners to understand and follow, incorporating narratives, examples, stories, analogies, and visual and video representations to enhance engagement and retention.
- Command the room to deliver interactive sessions virtually and in-person to large numbers of students while practicing good classroom management.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to oversee the creation of slides and e-learning materials, providing feedback to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product, Engineering, and CSG teams to identify training needs for internal CSG and external users.
- Apply adult learning instructional design concepts, such as active learning and spaced repetition, to create useful, engaging, and easily understood training.
- Ensure material is consistent, brand appropriate, and easily digestible throughout all training materials.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from trainees and update content based on learnings.
- Create and maintain internal processes and checklists to help ramp up new team members.
Your team will:
Create, maintain, and deliver training for both internal CSG and external users. Courses that are created by the team are used to ramp up new hires, create career paths for internal team members, certify skills , and share product knowledge with external customers.
About you:
- 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of LiveRamp experience
- Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp’s products fit within it.
- Excellent understanding of how LiveRamp’s products work technically,
- Insatiable appetite for learning complex technology.
- Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse, live audiences (senior leaders, technical and non-technical people, individual contributors, etc)
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or other subject matter experts to gather detailed information about complex products.
- Experience in technical writing of training or documentation.
- Experience training or mentoring new team members.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, even under shifting deadlines.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in creating and maintaining adult learning material: slide decks, handouts/job aids/takeaways, documentation, lab exercises, etc.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Can take the initiative and is creative and imaginative and willing to think outside the box.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $110,000 to $130,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
