We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with deep experience managing performance marketing campaigns across mobile, eCommerce, and lead generation. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting, ensuring we drive results against goals like CPI, CPA, ROAS, ARPU, and LTV.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring campaigns meet performance goals, efficiently allocate budgets, and scale effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in programmatic media buying and adtech.
This hands-on, results-driven role is ideal for someone who is proactive and has operated in fast-paced performance environments like AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, or a performance DSP/network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize performance campaigns across multiple DSPs, ensuring proper pacing, budget allocation, and goal achievement.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to adjust bidding, targeting, and creative strategies.
- Work with account teams to provide performance updates, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
- Support & troubleshoot MTA & MMP setup and integration (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, TripleWhale, NorthBeam, Rockerbox) working closely with internal teams on setup, QA, and launch.
- Analyze data and generate reports that help inform media strategies and ongoing optimizations.
- Identify and escalate issues related to under-delivery, technical problems, or discrepancies across platforms.
- Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing digital performance campaigns, with a focus on mobile app marketing, DTC, or lead gen.
- Proven success independently running campaigns with post-install or downstream KPIs across channels.
- Hands-on experience at a mobile ad network or DSP (e.g., AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, IronSource, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
- Experience with attribution platforms and MMP troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently extract insights and turn them into measurable improvements.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with global clients and cross-functional teams.
