Role Overview:
As a Sr. Client Success Account Manager within Tinuiti’s Velociti Portfolio, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving revenue growth and long-term success for our SMB and Emerging clients. This role is designed for a strategic doer—someone who can balance high-level planning with daily execution, all while building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a growth consultant, partnering directly with Delivery teams and clients across Paid Media channels to uncover new opportunities, activate cross-channel expansion strategies, and ensure a seamless client experience. Internally, you’ll work closely with Delivery teams, Pod Leads, and Client Partners to align on strategy, optimize execution, and build repeatable processes for growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Client Partnership & Growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor focused on their long-term success.
- Identify and activate cross-sell and upsell opportunities, with a focus on expanding Paid Media investment across channels.
- Deliver proactive insights and performance storytelling to deepen client engagement and surface growth opportunities.
- Lead regular check-ins and strategic reviews that showcase value, build trust, and support long-term retention
Internal Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with Delivery, Strategy, and Pod Leads to ensure aligned execution on cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain account documentation including growth plans, whitespace maps, and meeting summaries.
- Help optimize internal workflows and processes to create more efficiency and consistency in how we support and grow client accounts.
- Track and surface potential risks or blockers to client satisfaction or growth, and work with partners across the business to resolve them quickly.
Revenue Strategy & Expansion
- Lead client-specific growth planning across your portfolio—translating performance trends into business opportunities.
- Analyze client data regularly to surface insights that support revenue expansion and long-term retention.
- Ensure growth initiatives are prioritized, measured, and aligned with both client needs and Tinuiti’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, ideally in digital marketing or media.
- Strong understanding of Paid Media strategy and performance metrics, with the ability to connect tactics to business outcomes.
- Proven success managing a book of business with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using data to inform decisions and guide growth conversations with clients.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment supporting emerging and growth-stage clients.

The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
