The Marketplace Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving successful marketing campaigns and optimizing brand presence across various online platforms. With expertise in client communication, campaign management, data analysis, and marketplace optimization, they excel in tailoring strategies to meet client objectives and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Their strategic insights and proficiency in platform dynamics ensure optimal performance and sustained growth in competitive marketplace environments.
As the Marketplaces Senior Specialist, you will:
- Marketing Campaign Management: Build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns within Walmart, Target, Instacart, as well as additional Retail Media Networks; Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various marketplaces, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs and develop innovative strategies to address them, ensuring customized solutions that drive results.
- KPI Interpretation: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to provide insightful recommendations, guiding clients towards informed decision-making.
- Identifying Opportunities and Innovation:Identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategy on Amazon to optimize brands’ awareness and drive sales volume; even off Amazon
- Retail Media Expertise: Stay updated on retail media trends and innovations, becoming a subject matter expert in retail media advertising across various platforms and retailers.
- Strategy Development and Execution: Work collaboratiely with the Retail Media Network Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful results across platforms and retailers.
Professional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools, showcasing expert-level skills.
- Possess 2-4 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Prior experience working in an agency environment, demonstrating familiarity with agency operations and client management.
- Experience working in Amazon Ads and Walmart, Target or other Retail Media Networks
- Background in client-facing roles, including direct interaction with clients to address their needs and concerns effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Competencies:
- Campaign Management: Proficiency in building, driving, and optimizing marketing campaigns within various marketplace platforms such as Amazon Ad Console, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Target, etc.
- Creative Problem-Solving:Capacity to proactively develop creative solutions tailored to each client's unique challenges and objectives.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Skill in interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Platform Optimization: Experience in optimizing content and campaigns within marketplace platforms to enhance product visibility, sales, and brand awareness.
- Marketplace Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketplace dynamics, trends, and best practices, particularly within Amazon and other relevant platforms.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with marketplace trends, innovations, and changes, and adapt strategies accordingly to drive optimal results.
- Project Management:Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Working with a Team: Strong ability to work with a larger team to best foster collaboration and work together for a common goal.
The hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
