We’re hiring a PR Manager to work from our office in London or Manchester.
Role Purpose
Our client base spans a large pool of industries meaning no two days will look the same for you.
We work with clients of all sizes across home and interior, property, fashion and beauty, finance and insurance, travel, leisure and tourism, healthcare, consumer electronics and jewellery – to name a few.
You will be mapped to two to four clients (size dependent) but will retain exposure to the wider pool of industries – to ensure you’re challenged but can also put any relevant sector knowledge and experience to good use – regardless of your client mapping.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and performance-driven PR to join our Digital PR team within the SEO department.
You’ll be collaborating with us in our mission to be industry trailblazers in our approach to digital PR through innovation and integration with other digital marketing functions; reactive PR, content marketing, organic social, influencer marketing, OOH – to name just a few.
You’ll be passionate and knowledgeable about online content and promotion, including Digital PR, link-earning and traditional PR tactics. You will have a proven track record of earning coverage and links from high-tier media and subsequently contributed to client’s SEO success.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing campaign strategy and outreach for enterprise size clients and be a crucial part of the wider SEO department. Ensuring best in class planning and delivery for our clients, to ensure all SEO content is seen by the right audience at the right time and in all the right places. This will include content and campaign ideation, client communication, team workflow management, planning and delivery QA/QC, training, management, and innovation.
Skills/Qualifications
- A relevant degree in media, journalism, PR, marketing preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages a bonus.
- Prior experience in PR or Digital PR, either in-house or within an agency. Experience in traditional PR is a plus.
- Expereince with tools such as Ahrefs, MuckRack, BuzzStream, and ResponseSource to drive campaign success. Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is also beneficial.
- Possesses outstanding client-facing skills and communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- Is naturally curious and always plugged into current affairs, social and consumer trends, and pop culture.
- Has a proven track record of delivering impactful results for high-profile brands across top-tier media.
- Brings initiative and creative problem-solving, while staying eager to learn and ask the right questions.
- Thrives both independently and collaboratively- whether working in small agile teams or larger, cross-functional groups. A positive team presence and clear communicator is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to their work.
- Manages time effectively, juggling multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.
- Thinks analytically, using data to drive decisions. Experience with data extraction or analysis tools is a bonus.
- Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and grow.
