Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role combines product & industry expertise with strategic partnership management, focusing on onboarding new customers and managing critical technology integrations within Shinka. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
The Partnerships Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our business development team, and external technology partners, ensuring seamless integrations and successful customer implementations while driving revenue growth through other strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Development
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners including DSPs, SSPs and data providers
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology partners to expand platform capabilities and market reach
- Negotiate partnership agreements, technical specifications, and commercial terms with technology vendors
- Monitor partner performance metrics and optimise partnerships for maximum revenue generation
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new partnership opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Manage and iterate a comprehensive onboarding process for new customers.
- Provide training and support partner success teams during implementation phases.
- Monitor customer success metrics and proactively address challenges that may impact partner satisfaction.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics including revenue, integration success rates, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and growth opportunities
Desired Qualifications / Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing technology
- Proven track record in partnership management, business development, or customer success roles
- Previous experience in customer onboarding or technical implementation roles preferred
Business Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and OpenRTB standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
- Experience in contract negotiation and commercial discussions
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of digital advertising landscape, trends, and competitive dynamics
- Knowledge of AdTech vendors and platform capabilities
- Familiarity with advertising industry standards and best practices
- Understanding of data privacy and security requirements in advertising
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA)
