We are seeking a Head of Analytics to lead the company’s analytics strategy and build a cutting-edge, AI-powered self-service analytics platform. You will serve as a strategic partner across the business, championing data-informed decision-making and advancing analytics as a core driver of innovation and value.
You will drive the strategic development of scalable, trusted analytics solutions and empower teams—including Sales, Finance, Product, GTM, and People—to independently explore data and surface insights. Your team will lead the design of semantic layers, embedded analytics, and AI-augmented tools that support decision-making at every level of the company.
You will:
- Define and execute LiveRamp’s company-wide analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives and product vision
- Lead the development of an AI-augmented, self-service analytics platform that enables all teams to explore data independently, responsibly, and intelligently
- Drive analytics strategy and solutions across GTM, Finance, Product, Operations, and People teams to inform strategic decisions and maximize business impact
- Integrate embedded analytics and augmented intelligence features to accelerate insights and improve decision-making across the organization
- Partner with Data Engineering to develop a scalable, governed semantic layer supporting self-serve analytics and democratized insights
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of analysts, data scientists, and analytics engineers; foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence
- Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, delivering analytics solutions that drive strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes
- Ensure analytics practices uphold LiveRamp’s standards for data quality, privacy, and compliance
- Implement best practices for data lineage, cataloging, and access controls for secure, responsible analytics
- Promote cross-functional alignment through consistent stakeholder engagement, especially with People, Finance, Sales, and GTM
Your team will:
Partner across Sales, Product, Finance, and GTM teams to design scalable analytics solutions that unlock insights, drive operational decisions, and support AI adoption across the business. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that data products are trusted, user-friendly, and built to scale — combining technical expertise with business context to make impactful decisions easier.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, including 6+ years managing teams
- Proven experience building analytics platforms or leading enterprise-wide analytics transformation
- Deep familiarity with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Sigma), SQL, and statistical or ML modeling
- Hands-on knowledge of data infrastructure (BigQuery, dbt, semantic layers), AI/ML technologies, and embedded/augmented analytics
- Experience with multi-cloud and lakehouse architectures a plus
- Experience crafting and communicating data strategies that create business value
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to align teams around insights and influence decisions at all levels
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Generative AI for analytics use cases (e.g., natural language querying, AI copilots)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics including CAC, LTV, and sales efficiency
- Prior experience enabling self-service analytics in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Exposure to data privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR or CCPA
