Job Description
As a Strategy Executive at FAST Ventures, you will play a crucial role in executing key strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will support the development of presentations, documents and templates that transform strategic ideas into high quality deliverables. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to structure insights into compelling narratives that drive decision making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic plans, go to market positioning and key business initiatives
- Develop structured and visually engaging documents including product narratives, media strategies and sales decks
- Build and refine templates for internal and external use ensuring consistency and clarity in communication as well as adherence to brand guidelines
- Support event strategy execution preparing key materials for major calendar moments such as White Friday and UAE National Day
- Conduct market and competitor research organising insights into actionable, easy to digest formats for leadership
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all strategy documents align with business objectives
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in strategy execution, business analysis, consulting or a related field
- Expertise in building high quality presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for storytelling and visual clarity
- Ability to translate complex ideas into structured, professional and engaging documents
- Knowledge of digital media, performance marketing and advertising industry trends is a strong plus
