What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Development Manager you’ll lead high-value sales efforts, drive strategic deals with premium publishers, and play a key role in shaping Ezoic’s presence in new and existing markets. This is a full-cycle, consultative role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders from outreach and discovery to onboarding and beyond.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and close high-potential digital publisher accounts
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach strategies
- Deliver tailored, data-driven demos that align with publisher goals
- Own onboarding and success in the intial period for new clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to shape GTM strategy
- Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing for junior team members
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership
- Earn £33-£44k base + seriously uncapped commission (OTE: £70k–£90k+)
What You'll Bring
- 1-3+ years professional experience, within AdTech or programmatic advertising
- Understanding of and experience in the programmatic advertising eco-system
- Strong experience closing complex, high-value deals
- Background working with publishers, online media companies, or content platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with comfort in technical conversations
- Self-starter energy with a strong commercial awareness
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members a plus
- Legal right to work in the UK
