Job Role.
• Lead new key account sales, with a focus on revenue maximization
• Drive customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and efficient client
servicing
• Engage with internal and external teams to ensure smooth
Onboarding of clients
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision makers across agency and
direct advertisers.
• Drive quarterly and annual revenue to achieve new business quotas in
an individual contributor role.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop growth
strategies across our key business portfolios.
• Ensure pipeline is maintained and provide progress weekly, monthly
and quarterly revenue achievement
• Identify market trends and collaborate with the product team to deliver
new solutions for the region.

Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of Ad network / Media Sales Experience
• Ability to work Independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly
ambiguous start-up environment.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond
strategically to customer needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong
working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and
outside.
• Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial
environment with little supervision.
• Solution and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business
acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; verbal and written fluency
of English.
