Overview
The Supervisor, Search is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of clients’ paid search campaigns, developing search strategy & optimization, and building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning & execution of paid search campaigns from start to finish, including the development, management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns
- Compile recommendations for advancing client search strategy based on reporting, analysis, and trends
- Conduct keyword research and forecasts to contribute to strategy and planning
- Develop strong working relationship with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients
- Serve as subject matter experts for Senior Analysts and be a resource for training and ad hoc questions
- Effectively monitor and manage keyword strategies, ad copy builds, campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
- Develop, propose, and execute paid search tests using appropriate testing techniques and methodologies
- Provide excellent communication and recommendations to clients such as clear, concise, and meaningful insights in performance recaps
- Responsible for putting tactical plans, recommendations, and performance insights into compelling presentation formats
- Command data analysis of key Search metrics (e.g. CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, SOV, etc.) to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client Search programs
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing and IO/Account Budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
- Paid search experience, preferably on the agency side with an emphasis on Google Ads & Bing Ads
- Paid search experience managing shopping campaigns preferred
- Experience using a bid management tool such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, or Marin Software preferred
- High competency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Compensation Range: $85,000- $90,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
