Role Summary and Impact
The Booking.com team at Mindshare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Planning Manager to join our EUAU Regional Planning Hub. In this role, you will collaborate with international local-market specialists to develop integrated, future-facing, cross-channel media plans that drive growth and brand awareness across key European and Australian markets. This is an excitingx opportunity to work on one of the world's leading travel brands, contributing to strategic media planning and execution while expanding your knowledge of international media landscapes. You will be part of the Booking.com team and report to the Regional Planning Account Director.

Collaboration & Coordination:
- Engage with local market planning experts to brief and support cross-channel campaign planning across key EU/AU markets including UK, DE, FR and AU.
- Coordinate/manage local market and regional media partner briefing process.
- Build strong relationships with local and internal teams to ensure markets are delivering key actions across the account.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Ensure cross-channel plans have a clear, consistent rationale and are aligned to global strategy.
- Collaboration with local planning leads to design impactful, digitally focused paid media campaigns in each market.
- Act as an expert voice during client-facing planning meetings on local market media landscapes (potential partners, channel effectiveness, measurement, and testing).
- Lead implementation process of regional campaigns, working closely with external agencies to deliver executional excellence.
- Integrate planning & media Strategy knowledge and expertise into operational practices across the account.
Analysis & Insights:
- Lead in the collation of competitor, market, and media activity to provide insightful updates to the clients and team.
- Work with local markets to improve planning and reporting practices on an ongoing basis.
- Keep abreast of EMEA media channel developments, identifying new channels and test opportunities for upcoming campaigns in collaboration with the Global Digital Team.

Essential Criteria:
- Ability to demonstrate experience of campaign planning from brief to implementation either in a local market or global role.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn and develop as a cross-channel planner.
- Show an active interest and maintain knowledge of digital/video advertising solutions.
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and numeracy in the analysis and manipulation of data.
- Understands and uses methods for checking work to ensure accuracy and confidence in numbers.
- Excellent organizational skills with excellent written, verbal, analytical, and numerical skills.

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
