Our people hold us accountable to our beliefs and via regular surveys and our grass roots D&I team, The Collective, and internal next generation board, Firestarters, we hold regular events and work continually towards generating ideas, initiatives and educating our people to ensure we are a diverse and inclusive agency.

Overview
At Spark Foundry, we help some of the world’s most influential brands make better decisions through insight-led media planning. We’re looking for a Global Planning Senior Executive to join our international team working on Meta, one of our flagship global clients.
This role sits within the global planning hub, partnering closely with regional markets to shape and deliver media strategies that are consistent, effective and scalable. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across markets, is comfortable with complexity, and wants exposure to how global media strategy really works.
The role
As a Global Planning Senior Executive, you’ll support the development and delivery of global media frameworks, ensuring they are clearly translated into market-level plans. You’ll work closely with senior planners, strategy, activation and specialist teams to help guide markets through planning best practice, audience strategy and measurement approaches.
This is not a purely local planning role — it’s about coordination, clarity and quality control across a diverse set of international markets.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of global media strategy frameworks and planning guidelines
- Acting as a key point of contact for local markets, helping them interpret and apply global direction
- Reviewing market media plans to ensure alignment with global strategy, objectives and standards
- Coordinating inputs across planning, activation, data and specialist teams
- Supporting global presentations, updates and planning documents for senior stakeholders
- Managing timelines, deliverables and market feedback to keep planning processes on track
- Using audience, category and media insight to support strategic recommendations
What we’re looking for
- Experience in media planning or client-facing roles within an agency environment
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and markets, often across different time zones
- A good understanding of how media channels work together within an integrated plan
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail — you’re reliable and on top of deliverables
- Confidence working with data, insights and media plans (you don’t need to be a data scientist)
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset — you’re comfortable asking questions and flagging risks early
Why this role?
- Work on a genuinely global account for one of the most recognised tech platforms in the world
- Gain exposure to senior clients and global agency leadership
- Build experience in global media strategy, audience planning and cross-market coordination
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values clarity over jargon
- Access to Spark Foundry and Publicis Media training, tools and career development opportunities
If you enjoy joining the dots, working across cultures, and helping ambitious teams deliver better work, this role offers a strong platform to grow your global media career.
