We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, design, write, analyze, and iterate across every major marketing channel. You’ll own multi-channel demand generation, social, email, search, paid media, sponsorships, events, creative production, website updates, and ongoing experimentation using the latest AI marketing tools.
This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, a startup mindset, strong creative instincts, and a willingness to learn fast, adapt quickly, and operate independently. You will work directly with the CEO, product leads, sales team, and external partners to elevate AdLib's voice and drive measurable results.
Role Specifics
Multi-Channel Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Search, Display, CTV, and email and other channels.
- Build and execute drip programs, remarketing flows, nurture tracks, and ABM sequences.
- Manage AdLib’s content calendar across blog, social, PR, speaking events, product launches, and partner announcements.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write and edit clear, compelling marketing copy across ads, website pages, social posts, landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, scripts, and event collateral.
- Collaborate with product and sales to translate complex analytics into simple, engaging messages.
Creative Design & Video Production
Produce lightweight design assets (social graphics, display ads, one pagers, presentations) using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Cut short-form video clips for LinkedIn, events, and product explainers; manage light video editing and formatting.
Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization
Manage updates to the AdLib website, landing pages, forms, and analytics tracking.
- Improve page performance, SEO basics, lead capture flows, and conversion optimization using data and experimentation.
Event Marketing & Partnerships
Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, partner sessions, and fireside chats.
- Coordinate logistics, drive attendance, create supporting content, and amplify across social and email.
AI Tools & Automation
Leverage AI tools for content generation, analytics, workflows, competitive research, marketing ops, and creative iteration.
- Continuously experiment with new AI-driven processes to accelerate speed and improve output quality.
Analytics & Reporting
Own weekly and monthly reporting across channel performance, conversion quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Create and managed a system to identify insights, measure impact, and inform spend allocation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing (demand gen, digital, product marketing, marketing ops, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel execution across social, paid media, email, and web.
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to turn technical concepts into crisp, engaging content.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar) and light video editing.
- Familiarity with AdTech, Martech, and CRM platforms
- Comfortable with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar) and eager to experiment.
- “Can do” attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
