Job Description: Product Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager who will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of scalable AdTech products across In-App, CTV, and DOOH advertising platforms. This role requires a strong balance of product thinking and technical understanding, enabling close collaboration with engineering teams building high-scale, high-performance systems.
The Product Manager will actively research emerging technologies, understand architectural trade-offs, and share insights with engineering teams to drive informed product and technical decisions while remaining hands-on in product ownership.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy, Technology Research & Vision
• Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Research new and emerging technologies relevant to AdTech and large-scale distributed systems.
• Translate technology research into actionable product insights and share knowledge with engineering teams.
• Contribute to long-term technology and product roadmap discussions by understanding system architecture and scalability needs.
Requirements & Cross-Functional Execution
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Analytics, and Business teams to define product requirements.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex, scalable systems.
• Architect the system and collaborate closely with Tech Leads to deliver a reliable and scalable platform.
• Prioritize features based on requirements, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
• Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate architectural options and trade-offs from a product perspective.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, reliability, and impact.
• Use analytics and feedback loops to iterate and improve product capabilities.
• Ensure product delivery maintains high standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in AdTech, SaaS, MarTech, or large-scale data platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to research new technologies and effectively communicate insights to engineering teams.
• Experience working closely with teams building high-performance, scalable software systems.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with Columnar OLAP databases (e.g., Druid, ClickHouse, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with OLTP databases (e.g., ScyllaDB, Redis, or similar).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Good to Have
• Experience in In-App, CTV, DOOH, or programmatic advertising platforms.
• Exposure to real-time data processing, analytics platforms, or ad delivery systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
