The Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded Product Manager to work embedded within the engineering team to design, prioritise, and plan new features for AdLib DSP.
Your core responsibility is not just deciding what we can build — but what we should build.
You will translate commercial opportunity into product direction, ensuring that every major feature ties back to revenue growth, customer value, or strategic advantage. You will bring structure to opportunity and discipline to prioritisation.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Focus
- Define and own the product roadmap for AdLib DSP
- Identify high-impact feature opportunities aligned with revenue growth
- Prioritise features based on commercial return, effort, and strategic value
- Ensure engineering time is focused on initiatives with measurable upside
Revenue-Driven Product Development
- Quantify revenue opportunities linked to new features
- Build business cases for roadmap initiatives
- Track performance of launched features against projected revenue impact
- Partner with leadership to align product investment with growth targets
Engineering Collaboration
- Work directly within the engineering team to scope and plan features
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Break large initiatives into phased, shippable releases
- Ensure technical feasibility aligns with business goals
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Gather feedback from sales, traders, account managers, and clients
- Translate user needs into product enhancements
- Act as the bridge between commercial and technical teams
- Communicate roadmap decisions and rationale clearly
Performance Tracking
- Define success metrics for each feature
- Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue impact
- Continuously refine priorities based on data and results
What Success Looks Like
- Engineering is working on high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives
- The roadmap is focused, not reactive
- Every major feature has a clear commercial rationale
- New releases measurably contribute to revenue growth
- Stakeholders understand why we are building what we are building
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Product Management within AdTech, DSPs, programmatic, or media platforms
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to model revenue impact
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Ability to prioritise in fast-moving environments
- Clear written communication and structured thinking
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and turning opportunity into action
