Overview
This VP, Finance Director is a commercial finance leader responsible for owning the financial health and growth of a client portfolio. The role combines client financial stewardship, revenue pipeline oversight, contract governance, and new business support.
Responsibilities
- Review of the monthly client financial performance and prepare financial and business analysis
- Prepare monthly Management reporting, focusing management’s attention to potential opportunities and risks
- Manage tracking of revenue opportunities and review of the Salesforce pipeline
- Comprehend and manage the financial relationship. Understand client business, advise forecasts, and discuss financial and operational issues monthly
- Ensure financial integrity of client agreements, internal reporting and procedures
- Assist local Finance Director in the application of centrally negotiated contractual obligations, including the documentation of best practices and key process flows for agency-client interaction across all financial operations, and provision of training for new Agency Finance Directors on such obligations/process flows
- Disseminate business guidelines and ensure that any network contracts for clients are respected by all the agencies
- Steward all client audits
- Review and negotiate the financial aspects of client proposals, agreements, compensation
- Stay abreast of industry/client/economic factors that affect financial picture
- Oversee and drive the Financial Commit and Annual Client Business planning, and participate in the client target setting
- Provide strategic financial analysis and leadership for New Business opportunities, team initiatives and Groupe-wide projects
- Act as a resource for Adhoc requests and problem solving

- 10+ years of experience in finance with core experience in financial operations, client negotiations, commercial pricing
- 5+ years’ experience preferably within an Agency, or comparable position in Finance
- Excellent financial analysis/forecast skills and knowledge of client accounting
- High degree of quality situational analysis and decision-making skill
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (Pivot Table, Macros, HFM Smartview), PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to adapt to fast changing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Accountability, strong diligence with the ability to multitask

Compensation Range: $159,695 - $229,429. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
