We’re hiring for an Integrated Display, Senior Manager as part of Amplifi in London.
Purpose of the Role
As an Integrated Display, Senior Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital display and programmatic campaigns across multiple clients, spanning managed service and IO bookings. You will take accountability for delivery quality, performance outcomes, operational rigour, and the consistency of standards across the pod/team.
You will translate client objectives into clear activation and optimisation strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs, budgets, audits, and PRF requirements. You will also line manage and develop Executives and Senior Executives, owning workflow planning, task allocation, and capability uplift across UK and DGS teams. Acting as a key contact for OPCOs and the UK commercial team, you will contribute to forecasting accuracy, trading performance, and continuous improvement in ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Performance Leadership- Lead the delivery of integrated display and programmatic campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring high‑quality execution across all activity types (managed service and IO).
- Reporting, Insights & Recommendations - Own reporting quality across your client portfolio, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and insight‑led and Lead performance analysis through PCAs and regular reviews, turning results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Client, OPCO & Stakeholder Management -Act as the primary day-to-day client contract for campaign delivery across display and programmatic, providing clear updates and confident recommendations, as well as building strong cross-team relationships to ensure integrated delivery and fast resolution of blockers.
- Media Owner & Partner Collaboration-Build and maintain effective media owner relationships to support delivery, troubleshoot issues, and unlock opportunities (e.g. premium placements, value-adds, betas).
- People Leadership, Workflow & Capacity – Line manage Executives and Senior Executives, providing clear objectives, coaching, and ongoing feedback to support high performance and progression as well as own workflow planning and task allocation across UK and DGS teams, ensuring efficient delivery, prioritisations and quality control.
- Operational Excellence & Governance -Ensure all campaigns are set up and delivered in line with agreed processes (including GYSIO where applicable), governance, compliance and operational standards. Maintain accuracy across booking, billing, reconciliation and documentation to support commercial integrity and audit readiness.
- Commercial & Forecasting Discipline – Maintain UK trading numbers and forecasting inputs in line with group processes, ensuring accuracy and proactive risk management. Support delivery profitability by monitoring efficiencies, preventing avoidable rework, and escalating resourcing risks early.
Qualifications + Skills
- Proven experience managing and optimising digital display and programmatic campaigns across multiple clients.
- Strong working knowledge of DSPs and ad servers, with the ability to guide builds, optimisation, and trading decisions (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, CM360).
- Demonstrated experience leading day‑to‑day delivery to achieve campaign KPIs, delivery SLAs, audit readiness, and PRF requirements.
- Experience line‑managing and developing Executives/Senior Executives, including coaching, feedback, and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, budget pacing, optimisation levers, and reporting best practice, including ownership of PCAs.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
