Overview
The Publishing & Audio Senior Executive reports to the Publishing & Audio Manager and is responsible for the team’s clients’ day-to-day Publishing and Audio media activity, overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and buying to activation and performance analysis—while working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
If you love detail, data, and seeing campaigns come to life, this role puts you right at the centre of it all.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, buy, and manage multi-channel Publishing & Audio campaigns (online & offline)
- Own campaign delivery from brief to activation and reporting
- Negotiate pricing and track performance against KPIs and quality targets
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners
- Coordinate assets, insertion orders, and campaign setup across platforms
- Build insightful performance reports and turn data into recommendations
- Support new business proposals and partner evaluations
- Help mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Publishing & Audio planning/buying
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confidence working with data, Excel, and reporting tools
- Understanding of digital media ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad serving, etc.)
- Interest in wider channels like Paid Social, Search, and AV
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
