Aidem, a groundbreaking DSP technology, is right at the edge of transforming the advertising scene. To support our growth across the EMEA region with a strong focus in France, we are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our highly successful team based in London.

As the Sales Director at Aidem, you will serve as the primary face of the company, pivotal in establishing connections with key prospects and engaging them in consultative discussions. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director (EMEA), you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue growth within the region while leveraging your ingenuity and distinctive customer engagement approach.

The role:

Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in the Southern European market through both outbound and inbound leads
Leverage deep knowledge to close leads in a complex and competitive market
Deliver compelling educational calls, sales presentations and UI demos, and be able to effectively explain Aidem’s unique positioning in the programmatic echosystem
Understand existing and potential customers’ use cases and technical requirements
Develop skills and technical knowledge on Aidem's sophisticated products
Travel regularly to visit prospects and clients offices in European countries/markets
Represent Aidem at industry events
Proactively participating in the growth of the company by leveraging your expertise

Profile:

5+ years of sales/account management experience in AdTech
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in French (Native level)
Open to regular European travel
A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs on both the business and technical sides
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats
