Sales Director – Programmatic

Salary – €75k – €100k + 50% OTE

Location – Dusseldorf based (or Hamburg) and offer hybrid working.

My client are a global, high growth, AdTech company who are making further additions to their leadership team around the world.

They’re looking for an experienced seller to lead their programmatic offering to media agencies and brands in Germany. This will involve acquiring new customers and expanding their current partnerships.

This is a unique role as they’re extremely well connected internationally within major agencies and clients, and this is an opportunity to significantly expand their business in Germany.

Requirements

Experienced digital media sales professional with deep understanding of the programmatic advertising industry – agencies, DSPs, SSPs
Extremely well connected within media agencies and brands
Ability to develop and execute sales strategy – managed service & self service
Strong process management and pipeline management experience.
Position, negotiate and close new business and achieving your quarterly / annual targets.
Experience of having complex negotiations with clients
