About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our inbound prospects, helping to guide them through the sales funnel and convert interest into long-term revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves uncovering client needs, running a tight sales process, and closing deals quickly and cleanly.
You’ll work closely with a two-time founder/sales leader who will train, guide, and mentor you.
Play a key role in our growth marketing, product, and our early go-to-market and sales motion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads from high-intent prospects
- Conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and solution selling
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
- Track pipeline in CRM, maintain deal hygiene, and support sales forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing and ops to improve funnel conversion and velocity
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership based on client needs
- Help shape positioning and sales playbooks as the team scales
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, growth, or partnerships
- 2+ years of experience in media sales at a demand-side platform or managed service provider
- Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and growth strategy
- Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and client-focused
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, Slack
