The Global Addressable Media team is working across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and drive sustainable growth. What are you going to do?
Do you have extensive experience in PPC and consultancy and want to join a leading, dynamic agency with a diverse portfolio of A-brand clients? We’re looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our Addressable Team. You’ll work closely with (inter)national clients such as Vodafone and Mastercard to deliver outstanding results through advanced, multi-channel (Search, Shopping, Display, Video & Retargeting) PPC strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in both the strategic planning and hands-on management of Paid Media campaigns to meet business objectives and maximize ROI.
As the right hand to the Paid Search Lead, you will take full ownership of the campaign management, from setup and tracking to deep performance analysis and continuous optimization. You will be responsible for driving client goals, across multiple markets to ensure campaigns deliver consistent,high- impact & scalable results.
We are looking for a PPC expert who is ready to elevate the practice by addressing complex client challenges, contributing to pitches, and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
What are you going to achieve?
As a Senior PPC Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and performance of multi-market paid search campaigns for high-profile clients. Working closely with clients, the Paid Search Lead, and the Client Director, you'll ensure all activity aligns with broader business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Your primary mission is to drive client growth by enhancing visibility and performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC platforms. You will take full ownership of campaign planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and reporting.
In addition to client delivery, you’ll play an active role in shaping and evolving our paid media offering. You’ll mentor and support junior and mid-level specialists, sharing knowledge through guidance, case studies, and training sessions. Your insights and innovation will help maintain our competitive edge, contribute to new business opportunities, and continuously improve our PPC services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead multi-channel PPC strategies across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Shopping, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives;
- Own the end-to-end strategy and day-to-day operations of key accounts, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
- Translate business objectives into actionable media plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and timelines;
- Analyse campaign data and trends, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance and maximize ROI;
- Lead and manage key client accounts, overseeing execution, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining a high standard of service;
- Deliver impactful client presentations, clearly communicating strategy, insights, and performance results;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, to support integrated, full-funnel campaign success;
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, implementing best practices and innovations where relevant;
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level PPC specialists, promoting continuous learning and professional growth;
- Promote knowledge sharing both internally across teams and externally with clients to encourage thought leadership and continuous improvement.
Who are you?
- You are fluent in English;
- You have 3+ years’ extensive hands-onPPC experienceacross multiple channels (Search, Display, Video, Shopping);
- You have proven track record in managing medium to large-scale campaigns (multi-market experience is a plus);
- You are analytical – with experience in campaign analysis.
- You are proactive and take responsibility;
- You are a strong problem-solver with solid analytical skills;
- You are persuasive and able to articulate ideas clearly;
- You are an effective project manager with good time management skills;
- You are curious, eager to learn, and ambitious.
