Responsibilities
• Developing Strategies: Design and implement effective paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, offering updates, insights, and strategic direction.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of social media executives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, data, other channels and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the paid social landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics on media platforms such as Meta, TikTok and other relevant.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to challenge and think critically on the day to day, using informative rationale to back up recommendations.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in campaign execution and reporting.
• Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools and platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and prioritization.
