- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to communicate performance results and business insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, strategy, marketing science) to define measurement frameworks and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Support data governance practices — including taxonomy, tracking, and data hygiene — to ensure reliable, consistent analytics across campaigns.
- Analyze cross-channel campaign performance and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to automation and data integration initiatives that improve analytics efficiency and scalability.
- Present insights and findings clearly to internal and client stakeholders, driving alignment and action.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, or performance reporting (media agency experience preferred).
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in querying and managing large datasets (e.g., BigQuery, Databrick, Azure Data Lake).
- Solid understanding of data infrastructure and ETL concepts.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to synthesize complex technical findings into clear business insights.
- Familiarity with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform is an asset.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS) preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A curious mindset with a commitment to learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in Marketing Mix Model will be a plus
What We Offer
