The Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to help us grow Tinuiti’s most important asset—our people. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will be a key player in building world-class recruiting strategies and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the agency.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a portfolio of roles across key departments. Leverage a deep understanding of each function’s goals and team dynamics to match the right talent with the right opportunities.
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines by leveraging a range of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, internal referrals, events, job boards, and direct outreach. Stay ahead of business needs by sourcing for both current and forecasted openings.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead strategic recruitment kickoffs and consistent check-ins to ensure alignment throughout the process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, process guidance, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and thoughtful coordination. Champion Tinuiti’s employer brand throughout every stage of the candidate journey.
ATS Management: Use Workday to manage workflows, documentation, and communication across the recruitment process.
Skills & Experience:
Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches at once while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager relationships.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and functions, with an ability to quickly grasp hiring needs and translate them into actionable search strategies.
Relationship Builder: Builds trust and credibility with hiring teams, candidates, and stakeholders through thoughtful communication and strategic counsel.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.). Comfortable using data to drive recruiting strategy.
Proactive & Growth-Minded: Brings an owner’s mindset, takes initiative, and seeks out opportunities to improve. Passionate about building inclusive teams and equitable hiring practices.
