The Enterprise Account Director role is a senior individual contributor responsible for unlocking programmatic advertising revenue from gaming operators, sportsbooks, casinos, esports brands, and the agencies that support them. You’ll own the relationships with our customers and drive greater adoption of our DSP through solutions-oriented selling tailored to the gaming and gambling industry.
A successful Account Director will have a clear understanding of the client’s long-term business objectives within gaming and gambling and uncover partnership opportunities to further grow the client’s business with StackAdapt. You’ll work closely with the StackAdapt Client Services teams to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships across the gaming and gambling ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying, prospecting, pitching, and closing media and platform sales deals with gaming, gambling, and esports brands, as well as their agency partners.
- Taking the lead in responding to RFPs or new opportunities from gaming and gambling advertisers, including qualification and win strategy.
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with top executives at gaming operators, sportsbooks, casinos, and their associated agencies.
- Managing existing client relationships and seeking account growth opportunities within the gaming and gambling vertical.
- Partnering with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships.
- Showcasing the benefits of StackAdapt's media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations customized for gaming and gambling advertisers.
- Accurately managing and communicating quarterly forecasts and pipeline.
- Providing programmatic and gaming/gambling thought leadership internally and with customers.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years in media sales, with a track record of generating revenue with gaming operators
- An established network within gaming operators, sportsbooks, casinos, esports brands, and their associated agencies.
- Established relationships with decision-makers at gaming and gambling brands, agencies, and hold-co networks.
- A solutions-oriented approach: the ability to understand and communicate customer challenges and pain points and navigate internally to help solve challenges.
- An understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and DSP dynamics.
- Ability to travel to meet with customers in-market and conduct senior-level presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling ability.
- Curious, eager to learn, and consistently striving for excellence.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
- Previous experience selling programmatic solutions to gaming, gambling, or esports brands and agencies is strongly preferred.
