Overview
ABOUT THE TEAM....
In 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We have
established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing
team. Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity,
infrastructure and culture of one of the best international agencies in London.
The EMEA team, which has 95 members spread across London and India, covers all EMEA
activity, from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital
channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper
funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe’s
digital engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE....
This is an incredible opportunity to drive growth and change on a fast-growing, game changing
Publicis Media client.
As our clients business continues to mature we are seeking a Performance Business Director to join
our growing team and help our clients unlock the full potential of our strategic planning
capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in developing a world class communications
planning product for our team and use proactive thought leadership to help clients to
unlock new sources of growth.
ABOUT THE WORK....
Leadership & Team Management
- Overall leadership of Adobe.pub’s EMEA performance product across upper and lower
funnel activity in Programmatic Media, Paid Search, and Paid Social for the Acrobat
Product Group
- Manage and coach a multi-disciplinary team, including direct line-management
responsibility for Programmatic, Search, and Social talent dedicated to the Acrobat
product group
- Represent all performance workstreams for Acrobat on the Adobe.pub management
team and collaborate with other product group leads
Strategy Development & Planning
- Work in partnership with the Acrobat Planning Lead to develop and implement a
vision for deploying Adobe’s media investment in performance channels to deliver
optimal business and ROI outcomes
- Develop effective and efficient quarterly performance strategies across all channels to
drive brand, digital, and business results
- Move Adobe towards a “full-funnel” approach combining upper and lower funnel
media for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Always seek out new and improved planning approaches, partners, data sets,
processes, and ways of working to continuously improve the team.
Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
- Effectively analyse historical campaigns to integrate learnings into future campaigns,
in collaboration with analytics teams within Adobe.pub and Adobe
- Work with strategy leads to oversee a robust test-and-learn program to improve
Adobe’s media effectiveness
- Help Adobe overcome walled gardens to understand the actual impact of different
channels on results
Partnership & Collaboration
- Develop relationships with key media vendors to negotiate partnerships for Adobe.
- Collaborate with Performance Leads in APAC, Japan, and the US to share and adopt
best practices to accelerate performance delivery.
- Contribute to the development of the broader global Adobe.pub, Zenith Global &
Publicis Media performance product.
- Look for opportunities to expand Adobe.pub’s relationship and scope with Adobe by
providing services that drive growth for the client's business.

relationships with Adobe and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities to confidently engage
senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and
ability to escalate issues early
- Analytical and detail-oriented, adept at interpreting data, spotting trends, and
ensuring accuracy
