Overview
What will you be doing?
As a Strategic Performance Director, you have overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. For this role you’ll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to campaign briefs and inspiring digital performance media innovation across our 26 European markets.
You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for client briefings, regional digital performance campaign strategy and planning, regional digital trends gathering and directing the team to deliver timely and insightful reporting across markets.
This role is essential to inspire and drive the vision of the performance media practices executed by Starcom in digital performance as well as digital media more broadly. You will be accountable for creating best practice, as well as elevating our approach across strategy, activation, testing and execution.
This role calls for a dynamic and passionate mind with a strong can-do attitude, the confidence to build relationships and agility to change direction and focus at the speed of Samsung.
To excel in this role, you should have strong digital expertise and a deep understanding of media, including how different channels work together. Experience in project management and working with DTC brands is essential, along with familiarity with platforms like Paid Search, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

- Digital Market liaison > you will be required to quickly build strong relationships with key digital leads as well as specialist activation teams across our local Constellation markets
- Identify digital channel market requirements > through frequent formal and informal interaction, to identify local market digital knowledge gaps and leaning on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of relevant toolkits/best practise documents
- Digital Media Partner innovation > keeping on top of the GDD media partner developments and lean on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of digital Playbooks to support local market uptake of new/innovative formats including testing frameworks and results reporting
- Digital Network Connector > building your profile across our Constellation digital teams as a digital performance specialist to reach out to with challenges/opportunities and connecting those markets with other markets/global experts or others to support us better leverage the power of being a network to enhance the digital specialisms
